They named it? I must be living under a rock... ;)
Andrea was named around mid-morning -- and from what I've gathered -- after the results of a Hurricane Hunter fly-through indicated it was now a SUB-tropical system.
The weatherjerks doubt it will strengthen but if it does, it MIGHT even reach tropical storm status before it drifts off somewhere.
For right now, through, we're getting periods of gentle rain. Not much but it's real, honest-to-goodness, rain.
